经颅多普勒超声与磁共振血管成像技术在脑动脉狭窄临床诊断中的应用价值评析
Application value analysis of transcranial cerebral doppler and magnetic resonance imaging in the clinical diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of transcranial cerebral doppler (TCD) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRA) in the clinical diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis.Methods:130 patients with cerebral artery stenosis were selected.The examination effects of TCD and MRA were compared.Results:In the diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis,the specificity,sensitivity,positive and negative predictive value of TCD were respectively 83.95%、95.1%、81.93% and 95.72%.Those of MRA were respectively 79.01%、92.48%、73.56% and 94.33%.There was no difference in the detection positive rate of two kinds of instruments in the diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis,TCD and MRA have good agreement,and the combined application is more favorable for the diagnosis of cerebral artery stenosis.关键词
