摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical features and imaging features of elderly spinal tuberculosis.Methods:20 elderly patients with spinal tuberculosis were selected.The clinical features and imaging diagnosis features were analyzed.Results:The diagnosis effect of MRI was significantly better than that of conventional CT and X-ray plain film.The clinical symptoms of the patients were spinal cord function damage,spinal percussion pain and progressive low back pain.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of the elderly patients with spinal tuberculosis are local spinal pain symptoms,and MRI is used to obtain better diagnosis effect.关键词
