摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of changes of serum CEA and CA-199 levels in patients with local recurrence after radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:410 patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer were selected,CEA and CA-199 levels were detected,and we analyzed their relationship with local recurrence.Results:In patients with recurrence,serum CEA and CA-199 levels were significantly higher than those of patients without recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion:Monitoring preoperative and postoperative CEA and CA-199 levels had important significance to judge the local recurrence after radical resection of colorectal cancer.关键词
