护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on severe patients in department of respiratory medicine.Methods:38 cases of severe patients in department of respiratory medicine were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing;the observation group was given conventional nursing combined with nursing intervention.The curative effect and hospitalization satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:The efficiency rate and improvement rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the inefficiency of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of incidence of adverse reactions between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The hospitalization satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention could improve the clinical curative effect of severe patients in department of respiratory medicine and construct harmonious nurse-patient relationship.关键词
