Prevention and nursing of complications in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the prevention and nursing of complications in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods:80 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted preventive nursing,then we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prevention and nursing of complications for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and comfort degree of patients.关键词
