Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of humanized service in transfusion nursing at community outpatient.Methods:120 patients with transfusion at community outpatient were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the nursing satisfaction rate of 100% was significantly higher than 85% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Humanized service in transfusion nursing at community outpatient can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and the quality of nursing.关键词
