多发性肋骨骨折合并血气胸进行舒适护理的效果观察
Effect observation of comfortable nursing for multiple rib fractures complicated with hemopneumothorax

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing for multiple rib fractures complicated with hemopneumothorax. Methods:80 patients of multiple rib fractures complicated with hemopneumothorax were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of complications of 2.5% was significantly lower than 15% of the control group;the nursing satisfaction rate of 97.5% was significantly higher than 85% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing for multiple rib fractures complicated with hemopneumothorax can effectively reduce the complications,and improve patient satisfaction.关键词
