综合护理干预对2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响
Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:180 patients with T2DM were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,each of 90 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The knowledge level and treatment compliance of two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared.Results:After intervention,the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the intervention group was 91.1%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 34.4%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the health education knowledge of T2DM patients, improve treatment compliance,so as to improve the treatment effect of patients.关键词
