莆田地区326例毒蛇咬伤流行特征分析
Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of 326 cases of snake bites in Putian area
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of snake bites in Putian area.Methods:The data of 326 patients with snake bites were analyzed.Results:The snake bites people given priority to the people of 20 to 59 years old age group. The snake workers occurred snake bites in winter with the highest proportion.The snake bites high-risk areas were four limbs, especially in the lower extremities.Summer and autumn were the seasons of high incidence.The types of snake bites in Putian area were mainly trimeresurus stejnegeri.The severity and prognosis of snake bites had great relationship with pre-hospital emergency measures and treatment time.Conclusion:Grasping the characteristics of snake bites,taking positive,correct and effective treatment measures can effectively reduce the mortality and disability rate.关键词
