Abstract
Based on the main arrangement and work requirement of the classified diagnosis and treatment system, this article elaborated the overall consideration and practice in building the classified diagnosis and treatment system of Shanghai that took both Shanghai health service delivery system and residents’ medical service utilization practice into account:regarding family doctor system as the basic route in the establishment of Shanghai classified diagnosis and treatment system,setting up the resource synergy mechanism and dual referral mechanism between community health service centers and the high-level hospitals,perfecting the supporting and incentive measures on resources,policy and information,gradually setting up the classified diagnosis and treatment system in line with conditions of the nation and the city,and providing Shanghai residents with comprehensive,continuous,and whole course health management services.关键词
