上海市住院医师规范化培训成效评价：已就业医师角度
Evaluating the effect of Shanghai Standardized Resident Training Program:from the perspective of employed residents
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess Shanghai Standardized Resident Training Program from the perspective of employed residents,and identify the problems for improvement of the training.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted in the employed residents who had accepted the standardized training from 2010 and now worked in Shanghai health system.Results:The employed residents affirmed the role of training programs in the current work,and had a high satisfaction on it. Clinical practice combined with theory education was the favorite model for residents.Conclusion:It is recommended to increase investment on training programs,especially for residents’ benefits including accommodation and utilization of flexible teaching model. Drafting detailed training plans and standards for residents with different degrees is also proposed.关键词
