上海市住院医师规范化培训成效评估：用人单位角度
Evaluating the effect of Shanghai Standardized Resident Training Program:from the perspective of employers

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the professional abilities of the residents recruited by the standardized training program from the perspective of hospitals as employers,and to provide evidence and suggestions to improve performance in the next step.Methods:All the hospitals that employed the residents recruited by the standardized training program from 2010 were investigated by questionnaire.Results:The average evaluation score on the professional abilities of the residents was 8.12 on a scale of 1 to 10. The results of evaluation on the professional abilities of the residents showed statistically significant difference among different levels of hospitals.Conclusion:Employers in Shanghai reflect a high satisfaction on the professional abilities of the residents trained by the standardized training program. However, satisfaction of secondary hospitals and health service centers toward these residents still needs improvement.关键词
