上海市二甲及以上医院后勤管理现状研究
Research on the logistics management status in secondary and above hospitals in Shanghai city

Abstract
Objective:To understand the present situation and main problems of logistics management in Shanghai hospitals and provide basis for improvement.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the distribution of personnel,department setting,socialization of logistics,and development bottleneck.Results:The overall collection rate of the questionnaire was about 66.3%. Logistics workers accounted for 10.9% of the total number of employees,while authorized personnel accounted for 3.9%. The age of logistic management personnel mainly concentrated in 55-59 and 45-49 years old. The education level was mainly undergraduate and specialist. Major of these people was mainly engineering and management related areas. The technical title was mainly intermediate and junior level. A total of 50.3% of the people did not receive the logistics professional training. The top three logistics department opened were the general affairs office(section),the security department(division)and equipment department(division). The degree of logistics socialization was higher for cleaning,elevator and security,and lower for hydropower,boiler and catering. Logistics management was hard to meet the needs,the main problems were lack of young and middle-aged cadres, professional training and personnel aging,respectively.Conclusion:The logistics management problems of hospitals in Shanghai city were prominent. It is suggested to strengthen talent development,train logistics management personnel,and construct logistics management standard to improve the situation.关键词
