Abstract
Objective:To improve the operation process of the computerized physician order entry through application of failure mode and effects analysis,which means decreasing high risk factors and mistakes during performance of medical orders and enhancing medical service quality.Methods:The mark sheet of electronic orders was used to assess electronic orders running situation,find high-risk factors,analyze failure reasons and adopt measures for improvement. Results:The incidence of failure modes was obviously reduced(P≈0.00)after improvement. The damage indexes of failure mode were also obviously reduced(P≈0.00). High risk factors decreased to zero from nine.Conclusion:Failure mode and effects analysis can obviously improve running process of the electronic orders of newly established tertiary hospitals to prevent adverse events.关键词
