上海市社区老年护理师培训效果的分析与研究
Research on the effect of community geriatric health care providers training in Shanghai

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of the comprehensive training program on community geriatric nursing held by Fudan University and Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning in 2014,and to provide evidence for further community geriatric health care providers training.Methods:Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 273 participants.Results:A total of 72.7% of nurses had changes on the concept understanding of geriatric nursing;65.3% of them got new inspiration for the future community nursing work;70.8% of them applied what they had learned to the clinical work(including transferring them to the patients and colleagues);53.5% of them gained more attention and support from their leaders;12.9% of them gave the feadback that they made an innovation and change in their clinical work after the training program.Conclusion:This training program deepens nurses’ cognition of community geriatric nursing. It is beneficial for the community nurse to form core ability in the work. It is suggested that the contents and methods of training be optimized. The government is expected to develop and improve relevant laws,regulations and policies. It is also proposed that the community managers pay more attention on community geriatric care in the future.关键词
