普陀区老年人长期照护服务需求及其影响因素分析
Long-term care needs of the elderly and their inlfuencing factors in Putuo District

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the long-term care needs of the elderly and their influencing factors in Putuo District,and to put forward suggestions for decision making ofRegional Health Planning 2014-2020 of Putuo District. Methods:The elderly in Putuo District who were 60 years old and above were stratified according to their geographic position and age;questionnaire survey were conducted in 3 600 samples selected. Then,logistic regression was carried out to identify the influencing factors of long-term care needs.Results:Chronic disease nursing services and life supporting services were the first and second long-term care needs;activities of daily living scores and chronic disease condition affected the needs in all five aspects;gender and marriage were of little effect.Conclusion:The elderly in Putuo District are seeking long-term care needs of higher levels. It is suggested that the decision makers pay more attention to the elderly without medical insurance coverage.关键词
