高度近视与中低近视患者生活质量比较*
Comparison of quality of life in high-myopia patients and low-and moderate-myopia patients

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of life in high-myopia patients and low- and moderate-myopia patients. Methods The quality of life questionnaire was given to 109 cases of myopia patients, the in-fluences of high myopia ( =52) -6.00 DS -10.00 DS and low- and moderate-myopia ( =57) -0.50 DS -6.00 DS on the quality of life were investigated. Results Quality of life scores in high-myopia patients are significantly lower than those of low- and moderate-myopia patients. High myopia has negative effect on the quality of life. Conclusions Compared with low- to moderate-myopia patients, quality of life in high-myopia patients is low.关键词
