经阴道彩超对未破裂未流产型输卵管妊娠与同侧妊娠黄体鉴别诊断的价值
Diagnosis Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Imaging in Differentiation of Unruptured and Unabortive ;Fallopian Pregnancy and Homolateral Corpus Luteum Graviditatis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the differential diagnosis value of transvaginal color Doppler imaging in differentiation of unruptured and unabortive fallopian pregnancy and homolateral corpus luteum graviditatis.Method:40 patients with unruptured and unabortive fallopian pregnancy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected as the research objects.Their unruptured and unabortive fallopian pregnancy and homolateral corpus luteum were compared and analyzed by color Doppler flow imaging.The configuration,blood supply distribution and hemodynamic parameters of the fallopian pregnancy masses and corpus luteum graviditatis were observed and compared.Result:Unruptured and unabortive fallopian pregnancy was characterized by ring echo of attachment area,the echo was equal to or slightly stronger than ovarian echo and the center was always anechoic area.Corpus luteum graviditatis performed as the types of low echo,thick wall cyst or thin-walled cyst,the low echo type was the most common.In the fallopian pregnancy group,the total number of patients with strips and dot blood in peripheral or internal of the masses and the number of patients with no obvious blood flow were higher than those in the corpus luteum graviditatis group,the numbers of patients with half circular and annular flow were all lower than those of the corpus luteum graviditatis group,the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).The PSV of the fallopian pregnancy group was lower than that of the corpus luteum graviditatis group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the RI of the fallopian pregnancy group was slightly higher than that of the corpus luteum graviditatis group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has important clinical application value in the differential diagnosis of unruptured and unabortive fallopian pregnancy and corpus luteum raviditatis.关键词
