摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the relationship between peripheral blood neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and the type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Method:330 patients with type 2 diabetic in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2014 were divided into non-diabetic nephropathy group(N group),early diabetic nephropathy group(EDN group) and clinical diabetic nephropathy group(CDN group)according to their 24 hours urine microalbumin(UMA)levels.The clinical and biochemical data were collected for comparing the differences in NLR among the three groups and analyzing the relationship between NLR and DN.Result:The white blood cell count,neutrophil count and NLR in the CDN,EDN group were significantly higher than those in the N group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The NLR in the CDN group was significantly higher than that in the EDN group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).However,the lymphocyte count in the CDN group was lower than that in the N group and EDN group,the&nbsp;differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).NLR was positively related with UMA(r=0.215,P<0.01).NLR was a risk factor of type 2 diabetic nephropathy[OR=3.568,95%CI(1.403,9.073),P<0.01].Conclusion:There are significantly correlations between peripheral blood NLR and type 2 diabetic nephropathy.NLR is the independent risk factor for type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
