个体化阶梯式疼痛管理模式在癌痛护理中的应用价值分析
Application Value Analysis of Individual-stepped Pain Management in Nursing Care of Cancer Pain

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of individual-stepped pain management in nursing care of cancer pain,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of pain management in patients with cancer pain.Method:186 patients with cancer pain admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to August 2015 were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=84)and the control group(n=102)according to the random number table method. The experimental group received individual-stepped pain management,and the control group received conventional pain nursing.The related knowledge of cancer pain,pain intensity,pain influence and nursing satisfaction were evaluated between the two groups before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention respectively.Result:After intervention,the pain-related knowledge score of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the experimental group increased significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain intensity of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group decreased significantly more than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain influence of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the experimental group decreased significantly more than those of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 91.67%(77/84),which was significantly higher than 81.37%(83/102)of control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.0595,P=0.0439).Conclusion:Individual-stepped pain management apply to the nursing of cancer pain,can significantly increase the awareness of patients with cancer pain,reduce pain intensity and pain influence,is conducive to improve the overall quality of care,optimize pain management.关键词
