循证护理模式应用于胸外重症患者中的可行性研究
Feasibility Study of Evidence-based Nursing Model Applied to Critical Patients in Department of Thoracic ;Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing and routine nursing care in the intensive care of patients in department of thoracic surgery,to further summarize the method of nursing care for severe patients in department of thoracic surgery.Method:A total of 48 severe patients admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the evidence-based nursing group and the routine nursing group according to the order of time.The evidence-based nursing model was used to solve the problems encountered in the process of nursing care for severe patients in department of thoracic surgery in the evidence-based nursing group,the routine nursing group was given routine basic nursing of department of thoracic surgery.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complications and the SF-36 scale scores of the two groups after nursing were compared.Result:The satisfaction rate of the evidence-based nursing group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.4857,P=0.0192).The incidence rate of complications in the evidence-based nursing group was lower than that in the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.1812,P=0.0409).The scores of physical role,body function,body pain,social function and total health of SF-36 scale in the evidence-based nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of evidence-based nursing care in the process of intensive care in the department of thoracic surgery can achieve better clinical nursing effect,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,reduce operation related complications and improve the quality of life of patients.The implementation of evidence-based nursing is simple and feasible,and it also can effectively improve the basic ability of nursing staff's nursing practice,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.关键词
