Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of the implementation effect and satisfaction of cluster of nursing management in safety management of Intensive Care Unit(ICU)patients.Method:100 patients with ICU admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to parity digital method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional clinical nursing,the observation group was given cluster of nursing management.The quality of life score,SAS score and SDS score before and after nursing,the nursing time,the infection rate after nursing and patient satisfaction with nursing between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in each indexes of quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The each indexes of quality of life score in two groups after nursing were significantly increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the infection rate after nursing was(2.00%)significantly lower than 16.00%of the control group,the patient satisfaction with nursing of the observation group was(64.00%) significantly higher than 42.00%of the control group,the dissatisfaction of observation group was(4.00%)significantly lower than 24.00% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing management has a better effect for the safety management for patients with ICU,and achieved a high degree of satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of recommendation in clinical nursing.关键词
