化浊解毒中药联合穴位贴敷在慢性胃炎患者中的临床疗效及安全性分析

Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine for Huazhuo Detoxification combined with acupoint sticking in the patients with chronic gastritis.Method:60 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given Western medicine for treatment,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine for Huazhuo Detoxification combined with acupoint sticking.The recovery condition of clinical symptoms such as fullnes,loss of appetite,acid reflux,abdominal pain and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.3200,P=0.0377).The incidence of adverse react in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 26.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( χ2=4.7059,P=0.0301).Conclusion:Using traditional Chinese medicine for Huazhuo Detoxification combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of chronic gastritis,can improve the symptoms of gastritis, enhance the overall efficiency of the treatment,and fewer adverse reactions,more secure and reliable,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
