Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of peri-operative pressure pump therapy combined with Rivaroxaban on deep venous thrombosis after orthopedics trauma operation.Method:78 patients with orthopedics trauma operation admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected,according to different peri-operative treatment,all patients were divided into the observation group for 40 cases and the control group 38 cases, the observation group was given pressure pump therapy before and after operative and combined with Rivaroxaban after operative,while the control group was given pressure pump therapy combined with Rivaroxaban after operative.The occurrence of DVT and venous emboli detection between the two groups were compared.Result:Before operation,there were no statistically significant differences in the DVT incidence and venous emboli detection rate between two groups (P>0.05).After operation for 21 days,the DVT occurrence rate and venous emboli detection rate of observation group were 2.50%and 5.00%,which were significantly lower than 21.05%and 26.32%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of preoperative prophylactic application of pressure pump therapy and postoperative pressure pump therapy combined with Rivaroxaban on preventing deep venous thrombosis after orthopedics trauma operation is obvious,it is worthy of clinical use.关键词
