摘要

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the ultrasonography strain rate imaging in evaluation of blood pressure variability and circadian rhythm on left ventricular diastolic function for essential hypertension.Method:60 essential hypertension were selected as study group, and 60 healthy people were selected as control group, and all were given 24 hours blood pressure monitoring, echocardiography and ultrasonography srain rate imaging,blood pressure variability, circadian rhythm and left ventricular diastolic function were compared between the two groups.Result:The d-SBP, n-SBP, d-DBP and n-DBP levels of the study group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). IVSTd, LVPWd and LVMI of the study group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), and LVEF between the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).The mVe, mVe/mVa,mSre, mSre/mSra of the study group were significantly lower than the control group, mVa,mSra of the study group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The changes of blood pressure variability and circadian rhythm have a serious influence on left ventricular diastolic function for essential hypertension, and ultrasonography strain rate imaging has important value in evaluating of left ventricular diastolic function.
