腰椎间盘脱出髓核游离的MRI表现
MRI Findings of Herniated Lumbar Disc with Dissociate of Nucleus Pulposus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI for herniated lumbar disc with dissociate of nucleus pulposus.Method:The clinic and MRI data of 20 patients with herniated lumbar disc with dissociate of nucleus pulposus confirmed by surgery in our hospital from July 2014 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Result:Of all the 20 cases,the nucleus shifted upward in 10 cases,downward in 6 cases and in 4 cases was in the middle.The lesion was single,with round,oval,flattened or ribbon irregular shape.The signals of the dissociate nucleus were similar to those of the disc nucleus pulposus in the same segment.MRI showed a higher diagnose coincident rate with surgical pathologic than CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI shows high diagnosis accuracy for herniated lumbar disc with dissociate of nucleus pulposus,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
