健康教育护理干预对上颌窦穿刺治疗儿童鼻窦炎的疗效影响
Effect of Health Education and Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Nasosinusitis in Children with Maxillary Sinus Puncture

Abstract
To observe the effect of health education and nursing intervention on the treatment of nasosinusitis in children with maxillary sinus puncture.Method:According to the serial number of odd and even,120 children with chronic nasosinusitis in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2015 were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.0.5% Ephedrine and Furacilin Nasal Drops was used in the control group. Broad-spectrum antibiotics and mucus-promoting medicines were used by oral administration.At the same time,0.9%sodium chloride solution was injected into the maxillary sinus and used to wash the maxillary sinus.The antibiotics and the hormone were injected into the maxillary sinus.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was intervened by health education and nursing intervention before,during and after the treatment of maxillary sinus puncture.The effect of treatment,the degree of satisfaction and the master situation of health knowledge were evaluated and compared between the two groups after a month.Result:The treatment effective rate,the cooperation satisfactory success rate and the mastery rate of health knowledge in the treatment group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education and nursing intervention are very important in the treatment of maxillary sinus puncture in children.It can improve the cooperation degree of children and their parents, the awareness of the disease and the effect of the treatment.关键词
