幽门螺杆菌感染与大肠肿瘤的相关性研究
Study on the Relationship between Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Colorectal Neoplasia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the infection of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) and colorectal neoplasia.Method:The clinical data of 244 patients who completed14C urea breath test or13C urea breath test at the same period in our hospital from January 2011 to August 2015 were collected.They were divided into the colorectal neoplasia group(observation group) and the normal group(control group) according to the results of electronic colonoscope.The situation of H.pylori infection was compared between the two groups.Result:The positive rate of H.pylori infection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:H.pylori infection may be related to the colorectal neoplasia.H.pylori infection may increase the risk of colorectal neoplasia.关键词
