经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾结石临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Percutaneous Renal Mirror Pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Renal Calculi
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous renal mirror pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi.Method:88 patients with renal calculi in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the experimental group was treated by percutaneous renal mirror pneumatic lithotripsy.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the operative time and intraoperative blood loss of the the experimental group was less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Percutaneous renal mirror pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi has better treatment effect, it has the advantages of shorter operative time and less blood loss.It has high clinical application value.关键词
