不同BMI指数的2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖的差异性研究
Study on the Differences of Fasting Blood Glucose in Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Different BMI

Abstract
Objective:To explore the differences of fasting blood glucose in type 2 diabetes patients with different BMI.Method:71 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the low weight group,the normal weight group,the overweight group and the obesity group according to their BMI value.The fasting blood-glucose of different groups were compared.Result:The fasting blood-glucose of the low weight group was higher than that of the normal weight group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in fasting blood-glucose between the overweight group,the obesity group and the normal weight group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The fasting blood-glucose in type 2 diabetes patients with low weight is significantly higher than that in patients with normal weight.There are no differences in fasting blood-glucose between type 2 diabetes patients who are overweight or obesity and patients with normal weight.关键词
