Abstract
Leukoaraiosis(LA) is a common imageological change in the elderly. Numerous studies carried out that LA is a kind of cerebral small vessel disease, and can cause varying degrees of damage on cognitive function. This article reviews the research advance in the mechanisms of LA and the related cognitive disorder.关键词
