用蛋白质指纹技术预测局部晚期胰腺癌伽玛刀治疗疗效的研究报告

Abstract
Objective:Using protein fingerprint technology(SELDI)to predict the efficacy of gamma knife treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer research the clinical application value. Method:The 35 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected from February 2010 to October 2014,during the gamma knife treatment from blood stored prior to treatment to-80℃low temperature refrigerator. Two months after gamma knife treatment, according to the WHO evaluate curative effect of therapeutic effect evaluation standard of solid tumors,and effective and ineffective group enhances the weak cationic CM10 chip combination show,serum specificity protein mass spectra, techniques were compared,using the time of flight mass spectrometry(SELDE-TOF-MS). Result:In 56 protein peak detect,M/Z 3337,9234,11 650,proteomic fingerprint(abundance)which were significantly different between effective and ineffective group(P<0.05). Compared with the effective group,invalid group raised its peak M/Z 3337,11 650,its peak of 9234 M/Z. Conclusion:Using SELDI technology can predict the clinical curative effect of gamma knife treatment of ancreatic cancer.关键词
