鼻内给予右美托咪定与口服水合氯醛用于小儿MRI检查镇静效果的观察

Abstract
Objective:To compare intranasal dexmedetomidine and oral chloral hydrate in children MRI examination of sedative effect. Method:40 pediatric patients with deep sedation were selected for MRI examination,and randomly divided into Group A and Group B. Group A was treated with 10%hydrated chloral 60 mg/kg,and Group B was given dexmedetomidine 2μg/kg. Ramsay sedation score,Ramsay sedation score,and the adverse reactions during the examination were observed,and the differences between the two groups were compared. Result:After 20 min,Ramsay Sedation score of Group A was(1.96±0.37)points,during the inspection Ramsay Sedation score was(2.48±0.58)points. After 20 min,Ramsay Sedation score of Group B was(2.68±0.39) points,during the inspection Ramsay Sedation score was(3.38±0.56)points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Group A contained 5 cases with nausea and vomiting,and there was respiratory inhibition in 1 case,1 case with heart rate slow down,body movement in 6 cases. Group B contained 1 case with nausea and vomiting,respiratory inhibition in 1 case,and there were slow the heart rate in 2 cases,body movement in 2 cases. Conclusion:Intranasal dexmedetomidine 2μg/kg oral was more safe and effective than 10%chloral hydrate 60 mg/kg in MRI examination for children.关键词
