血乳酸清除率对重症感染患者预后的影响及其与SOFA评分的关系
The Effect of Blood Lactate Clearance Rate on the Prognosis and Its Relationship with SOFA Score ;for Severe Infection

Abstract
Objective:To investigate effect of blood lactate clearance rate on the prognosis and its relationship with Sepsis-related Organ Failure assessment(SOFA)score for severe infection. Method:From January 2014 to January 2015,98 cases with severe infections,according to prognosis were divided into survival group(53 cases)and death group(45 cases),at the same time,according to blood lactic acid clearance rate divided into high clearance rate group(blood lactate clearance rate>10%,60 cases)and low clearance group (blood lactic acid clearance rate ≤10%,38 cases). To compare admission blood lactic acid level,6 h blood lactate levels,SOFA score,and lactate clearance rate differences,and analyze blood lactate clearance rate and SOFA score by the pearson correlation. Result:Admission blood lactate level,6 h blood lactic lactate level,and the SOFA score of the survival group was significantly lower than that of the death group,and lactate clearance rate was significantly higher,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and admission blood lactate level,6 h blood lactic lactate level,the SOFA score,and the mortality rate of the high clearance rate group was significantly lower than that of low clearance rate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the blood lactate clearance rate had a significant negative correlation with SOFA score(r=-0.524,P<0.05). Conclusion:Blood lactate clearance rate is higher, the prognosis of severe infection is better,SOFA score is lower,blood lactate clearance rate and SOFA score has a close negative correlation,both has an important significance for evaluation on disease prognosis condition.关键词
