摘要
Abstract
Objective:In order to summarize effective nursing intervention methods, the different curative effects of different nursing intervention methods for patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after cerebrospinal surgeries were discussed to make reference. Method:50 patients with the medical condition of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after surgery who received spinal surgeries in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2014 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C. Group A was given antibiotics to prevent infection, and the wound dressing was replaced regularly. Group B was given the treatment of prolonging wound drainage time. Group C was given comprehensive nursing of cerebrospinal fluid drainage operation. Nursing effects of the three groups were estimated. Result:After treatment and nursing intervention,7 cases were healed in Group A,the effective rate was 43.6%,and the other 9 cases failed in nursing care. The drainage time of Group B ranged from 4 to 9 days, and the average time was(6.5±1.6)d. There was no more cerebrospinal fluid outflow,1 case of retrograde infection appeared. The drainage time of Group C ranged from 3 to 7 days, and the average time was(5.3±1.3)d,the surgeries of 17 patients were successful, there was no more cerebrospinal fluid outflow,no retrograde infection and no occurrence of false dural cyst. Conclusion:The incidence of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after spinal surgery. Drainage nursing in the initial period after operation can effectively avoid and reduce the occurrence of cerebrospinal fluid leakage and improve the patients’ treatment compliance,it is worthy of being popularized and applied.关键词
