采用生理盐水在胎膜早破患者中行会阴冲洗效果的研究
The Effect Study of Using Normal Saline to Give Perineal Douche in Patients with Premature Rupture ;of Membranes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of using normal saline to give perineal douche in patients with premature rupture of membranes. Method:89 inpatient with premature rupture of membranes were selected from the third obstetrical areas during October 2012 to August 2014,they were divided into two groups by using the random number table method,experimental group contained 45 cases,who received normal saline to give perineal douche,control group accepted based iodine solution(containing 0.1%iodine)to give perineal douche, the difference of perineal douche effect were compared between the two groups. Result:The incidence of infection and rate of perineal incisions healed well between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of using normal saline to give perineal douche in patients with premature rupture of membranes is remarkable,it helps to observe the color of the amniotic fluid and reduce the hospitalization expenses of patients,improve pain degree and enhance perineum douche conformability,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
