Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of Roy adaptation model in the nursing of severe illness patients in respiratory medicine.Method:80 severe illness patients with mechanical ventilation in respiratory medicine from January 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the routine nursing group and the Roy adaptation model group according to the order to the hospital,with each group 40 cases. The routine nursing group received routine nursing of respiratory medicine.Physiology,self-concept,function of role and interdependence of Roy adaptation model were applied to holistic nursing care in the Roy adaptation model group.The indexes of success rate of weaning from ventilator,the days of using ventilator,ADL score and so on were compared between the two groups.Result:The success rate of weaning from ventilator in the Roy adaptation model group was higher than that in the routine nursing group,the days of using ventilator and the length of stay in hospital in the Roy adaptation model group were less than those in the routine nursing group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The FEV1,ADL score and patients’satisfaction in the Roy adaptation model group were higher than those in the routine nursing group,the PSQI of the Roy adaptation model group was lower than that of the routine nursing group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Roy adaptation model used in the severe illness patients in respiratory medicine can increase the treatment effect and change the prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
