门诊高热患儿采血前规范管理对规避安全隐患的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the applicable effect of standardized management of hyperpyretic children in outpatient service before blood sampling.Method:1200 hyperpyretic children who were in the outpatient service of pediatrics department in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,600 cases in each group.By establishing standardized management process,founding standardized management group before blood sampling,making quality control plan,standardized management was given to the hyperpyretic children of the observation group.The control group was given conventional management mode for the management.The situation of shivering,hyperpyretic convulsion and complaint was compared between the two groups.Result:The rates of shivering,hyperpyretic convulsion and complaint in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The standardized management of hyperpyretic children in outpatient service before blood sampling can effectively reduce the rate of shivering,hyperpyretic convulsion and the rate of complaint,avoid potential safety hazard,improve nursing satisfaction and ensure nursing safety.关键词
