Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture in the Huatuo jiaji point of lumbar in the treatment of postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc prolapse.Method:86 patients with postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc prolapse in the orthopaedic of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given traction and massage therapy,the observation group was given acupuncture in the Huatuo jiaji point of lumbar,The treatment effect,JOA scores and VAS scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences in the JOA score and VAS score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the JOA scores and VAS scores of the two groups were all better than before treatment,the JOA score and VAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture in the Huatuo jiaji point of lumbar in the treatment of postoperative recurrence of lumbar disc prolapse can receive remarkable clinical effect and the operation is simple and convenient. It has the effect of soothing the channels and quickening the network vessels,reducing swelling and resolving mass. It can effectively improve patient's clinical symptoms and signs,improve patients’quality of life,which has higher application value.关键词
