现代影像学检查在深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症中的诊断价值
Diagnostic Value of Modern Imaging Examination in Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the accuracy and value of physical examination,TVS,EUS and MRI for the assessment of DIE in different locations.Method:123 DIE patients confirmed by surgery in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects.They all underwent physical examination, TVS,EUS and MRI respectively before operation.With surgery and histology being the final diagnosis standard, the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and likelihood ratio of the four examinations were evaluated.Result:The diagnostic accuracy of physical examination,TVS,EUS and MRI were 91.87%,34.15%,65.85% and 86.99%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of different examinations for DIE in different parts were different. Conclusion: Careful physical examination combined with appropriate imaging examinations can help to the correct diagnose of DIE.According to the different locations of DIE,different or combined imaging methods can be applied.关键词
