Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinicopathologic feature of Ki-67 and p53 expressions in patients with triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Method:Ki-67 and p53 expressions of breast cancer samples collected from 111 cases of breast cancer and 111 cases of non-triple-negative breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Result:The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in the TNBC group was higher than that in the NTNBC group,the number of patients with strongly positive expression of Ki-67 in the TNBC group was more than that in the NTNBC group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference in p53 expression of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences in the expression situation of Ki-67 and p53 in different ages,different tumor sizes,different TNM stages,different situation of lymphatic metastasis were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression situation of Ki-67 in different nosology types was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference in the expression situation of p53 in different nosology types was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The strongly positive expression rate of Ki-67 in medullary carcinoma was higher than non-special type invasive carcinoma and other types of cancer,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ki-67 is highly expressed in TNBC and its expression is closely related with histological types.关键词
