浅析慢性心力衰竭患者治疗时的脑钠肽变化情况分析
Simple Analysis on the Changes of Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the changes of brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment course of patients with chronic heart failure and research the clinical significance.Method:Sixty-six patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group.All the patients were treated with β-blockers and angiotension-converting enzyme inhibitor.Before and after treatment, the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide of patients was determined,the left ventricular systolic function and construction of left ventricle were tested.At the same time,66 health people accepted physical examination in our hospital were chosen as the control group.Result:The difference was statistically significant in the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide of the observation group at cardiac function for Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ degree(P<0.05). The plasma BNP level,LVESV,LVEDV of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and above indexes were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEF,SV,CO of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment,and the LVEF and SV were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide can be used as an important indicator to determine the treatment effect of chronic heart failure.关键词
