放大胃镜诊断早期胃癌及癌前病变的临床价值
Clinic Value of Magnification Endoscopy for the Diagnosis of Early Gastric Carcinoma and Precancerous Lesions

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of magnification endoscopy for the diagnosis of early gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions by comparing the detection rates of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions between amplification gastroscope and ordinary gastroscope.Method:286 patients who applied for gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the research objects.143 patients who were detected with magnification endoscopy were selected as the magnification endoscopy group,their gastric pits form was observed,target biopsy was given to them,their specimens were sent for pathologic examination.143 patients who underwent ordinary gastroscope were selected as the ordinary gastroscope group,normal mucosa biopsy was given to them,their specimens were sent for pathologic examination.Result:The differences were statistically significant in the overall detection rate of early gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions between the two groups(P<0.05).The differences in histopathologic distribution of different gastric pit types and different microvascular morphometric were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference in Hp infection of different gastric pit types was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Magnification endoscopy is superior to general endoscopy in the diagnosis of early gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions.Magnification endoscopy is helpful to the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.关键词
