翼状胬肉的新型、高效防治--带蒂角膜缘干细胞转位术
New Type and Effective Prevention of Pterygium--Pedicled Corneal Limbal Stem Cells Grafting
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of pedicled corneal limbal stem cells grafting for the treatment of pterygium.Method:One hundred and four patients with pterygium admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to June 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group for 58 cases(94 eyes) and the control group for 46 cases(78 eyes).The treatment group was treated with pedicled corneal limbal stem cells grafting,the control group was treated with traditional free autologous stem cell transplantation.The suture removal time,healing time(with conjunctival congestion completely subsided as a quasi),incidence of complications (included graft loss,displacement and necrosis,suture loosening,conjunctival rupture and the adhesion of eyelids),subjective comfort,the recurrence rate one year after operation between the two groups were compared,and the statistical analysis was conducted.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of complications and recurrence rate one year after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The suture removal time and the healing time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the subjective comfort of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pedicled corneal limbal stem cells grafting is a new method for preventing and controlling of pterygium,is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
