Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the treatment efficacy of total hip joint arthroplasty(THA) on hip joint disease, and to observe the differences between unilateral arthroplasty and bilateral arthroplasty.Method:Two hundred and forty patients with hip joint disease underwent THA in our hospital from July 2007 to October 2013 were selected as research subjects, they were divided into the unilateral arthroplasty group for 180 cases and the bilateral arthroplasty group for 60 cases according to different arthroplasty schemes. Two groups were followed up for a period of 2 years. The Harris hip joint score and visual analogue scale of leg pain between two groups before surgery and 6 months,12 months and 24 months after surgery were compared, and the last follow-up treatment efficacy between the two groups were observed.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in Harris hip joint score and visual analogue scale of leg pain between the two groups at the same period(P>0.05).But compared with before surgery, the Harris hip joint score of the two groups 6 months,12 months and 24 months after surgery were significantly improved, the visual analogue scale of leg pain in the two groups 6 months,12 months and 24 months after surgery were significantly reduced, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of hip joint treatment in the unilateral arthroplasty group at the last follow-up was 94.44%,which was higher than 90.00% in the bilateral arthroplasty group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Cementless total hip joint arthroplasty applied on patients with hip joint disease can effectively improve the functions of hip joints of patients, and improve the life quality of patients. The treatment efficacy of unilateral arthroplasty and bilateral arthroplasty on hip joint diseases are good, and there was no statistically significant difference between them.关键词
