Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on depression,anxiety and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer.Method:74 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,they were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to systematic random sampling,37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional operation,drug treatment and routine nursing care,the intervention group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of depression,anxiety and life quality between the two groups before intervention, 7 days after surgery,1 month after surgery(reexamination) were compared,and compared the nursing service satisfaction between the two groups.Result:Seven days after surgery and one month after surgery,the four scores of overall function,role function,emotional function and cognitive function in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Although the scores of physical function and social function score in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,but there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the intervention group at seven days after surgery and one month after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing service satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 94.6%,which was significantly higher than 78.4% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing can effectively improve the depression and anxiety and enhance the quality of life among patients with cervical cancer.关键词
