摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of health education intervention on rational use of antibiotics knowledge,attitude and practice,to provide scientific evidence on carrying out targeted health education intervention on rational use of antibiotics in community residents.Method:A total of 1000 community residents were selected from Chongqing urban and rural residents according to multistage stratified random method from April 2012 to July 2013,they received a 12-month comprehensive intervention,included distribution of publicity materials,development of thematic lecture,panel discussion and one to one health consultation,the intervention content mainly included the core knowledge of antibiotics,correct use of principle,the matters needing attention and the harm to human and social development after abuse of antibiotics.A self-designed questionnaire was used to assess the residents’ KAP level before and after the intervention.Result:The rational use of antibiotics KAP level after intervention were significantly higher than before intervention,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out health education activities for community residents on the rational use of antibiotics,professional health communication activities have significant effects to change their unhealthy attitude and behavior.
