复方莪术散对大鼠子宫内膜异位症基质细胞衍生因子-1及其受体表达的影响
The Effect of compound Ezhu Powder on Stromal Cell Derived Factor-1 and its Receptor in Endometri-osis Rats Model

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of compound Ezhu powder on stromal cell derived fac⁃tor-1 (SDF-1) and its receptor CXC chemokine receptor (CXCR4) in endometriosis (EM) rats model. Methods The EM model were established by self-endometrium transplantation during non-estrus SD rats. Af⁃ter 21 days of establishing EM model successfully, the EM rats were divided into the compound Ezhu powder high-dose group, middle-dose group, low-dose group and model group (each group of 10 rats) and received cor⁃responding traetment.. After 28 days, the mRNA expression of SDF-1 and CXCR in ectopic endometriotic tissue were observed by PCR. Results The mRNA expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in ectopic endometrial tissue was significantly increased compared with eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium(P<0.05). In each treatment group, The SDF-1mRNA expression of ectopic endometrial tissue was decreased, compound Ezhu pow⁃der high-dose group were significantly lower in comparison wtith the middle-dosegroup and the small-dose group (P<0.05). In each treatment group, CXCR4mRNA expression was decreased, compound Ezhu powder high-dose group and middle-dose group have low expression of CXCR4 mRNA , there exist significant differ⁃ence in comparison with the model group. Conclusion SDF-1 and CXCR4 expression were significantly stronger in the ectopic endometrium group than that in the eutopic endometrium group. The increased expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in the ectopic endometriosis tissue of EM rats might be had relationship with the patho⁃genesis of endometriosis. Compound Ezhu powder could inhabit the growth of ectopic endometrium in EM rats. Its mechanism might be associated with re⁃ducing the expression of SDF-1and CXCR4 of ecto⁃pic endometriotic tissue.关键词
