线粒体形态学变化与急性缺血性卒中相关性的研究进展
Study Progress of Correlation between the Change of Mitochondrial Morphology and Acute Ischemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
As a highly dynamic organelle in cells, mitochondria regulates its own quantity, morphology, and distribution through continual morphological changes of ifssion and fusion, thus indirectly determines the function and even the survival of tissue cells. This mechanism exists in various physiological and pathological procedures in mammalian animals’ cells. The pathogenesis and biology involving ischemic stroke includes calcium overload, oxidative stress, apoptosis et al, and these are relevant to the imbalance of mitochondrial fission and fusion. Hence, fully understanding and studying the correlation between mitochondrial ifssion and fusion and pathogenic factors of stroke could help to ifnd new targets and methods for treating stroke.关键词
