摘要

Abstract

First, this paper aimed at the application technology of the motor vehicle electrical steel and electromagnetic performance simulation technology, carry out research of electrical steel iron loss, stress and magnetic properties of electrical steel, analysis of the shear stress influence on magnetic properties of electrical steel piece, and put forward considering the magnetic properties of electrical steel shear stress curve fitting formula. Then based on the stress and the magnetic properties of electrical steel, using JMAG software, the electromagnetic simulation model of IPM permanent magnet motor for electric vehicle is established. The electromagnetic properties of the motor are calculated and analyzed, and the simulation results are compared with the traditional electromagnetic model.
